Wellness Revelation - A Faith and Fitness 9-week Journey

This is an invitation to a transformational journey to invite God back into the beautifully created body He gave you, to reconnect fully to all the parts of your humanity (physical, emotional and spiritual) and lose the "weight" that's been holding you down. 

We will meet virtually, once a week for 90 minutes, for nine consecutive weeks on Fridays. Classes start Friday, January 26, 2024 and will end Friday, March 29, 2024.
