The Getting Unstuck Reset Experience

Getting Unstuck is a small-group coaching experience where you’ll learn practical ways to:

  • slow down & notice what’s going on inside of you
  • regulate your nervous system when stress or overwhelm shows up
  • care for your body through simple rhythms of sleep, nourishment, and movement
  • shift the inner patterns that keep you stuck in reactivity
  • strengthen your trust in God when life feels uncertain
  • practice small steps to respond to life from a calmer, more grounded place

Because this is the first cohort of Getting Unstuck, I’m offering an Introductory Cohort rate.

Introductory Cohort Investment: $150 ($25 per session)

This group works best for women who are ready to engage thoughtfully in the process, reflect between sessions, and show up with curiosity and openness.

Is this therapy?

No. This is a coaching and reflection-based experience designed to support personal
growth, resilience, and grounded living. While meaningful conversations often
emerge, the program is not a substitute for therapy or medical care.

Is this a wellness program or a faith-based program?

It’s a blend of both, but not limited to either one.

This experience takes a whole-person approach, exploring how your thoughts, nervous system, daily rhythms, and spiritual life all shape how you move through stress, change or challenge.

Along the way, you’ll
learn practical tools that support resilience, including reflection, nervous
system regulation, rest, nourishment, and intentional habits.

Faith is also woven into the experience through ancient biblical practices like stillness, gratitude, reflection, and meditation, offering ways to reconnect with God in the midst of everyday life.

At the same time, the
group is welcoming to anyone who feels drawn to the work, wherever they
may be in their faith journey.

The goal is to help you slow down, listen deeply, and move toward a more grounded and integrated way of living.

How much time should I expect to spend between sessions?

You’ll receive simple reflection prompts and practices to explore during the week, but nothing overwhelming. Most participants spend about 10–20 minutes reflecting between sessions.

What can I expect to experience inside the group?

Getting Unstuck is designed to be an intentionally small, supportive
and reflective group environment where you can slow down and do this work alongside other women who understand what it’s like to carry a lot.

Inside the experience you can expect:

Guided weekly sessions - Each gathering includes teaching, reflection, and conversation designed to help
you integrate practical tools for resilience and grounded living.

Moments of stillness and breath
Every session includes time to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your body and spirit, practices many of us rarely give ourselves space for.

Honest reflection - Through thoughtful questions and journaling prompts, you’ll have space to explore what’s really happening in your life and what might need your attention.

Supportive conversation - This is not a place for fixing or performing. It’s a space for honest sharing, listening, and encouragement as you learn alongside others.

Simple practices between sessions
You’ll be invited to experiment with small practices during the week that help
reinforce what you’re learning, nothing overwhelming, just steady steps that
build resilience over time.  

Helpful tools and reflection resources
Access to practical resources such as self-assessments, values reflections,
emotional awareness tools, and simple lifestyle and nourishment guides inspired by functional medicine, and designed to help you explore what supports your well-being in everyday life.

What if I can’t attend one of the sessions live?

Sessions will be recorded so you can stay connected with the material if you need to
miss a week. However, the live experience is where much of the reflection and
conversation happens, so attending live whenever possible is encouraged.

What is the refund policy?

If your plans change after registering, you may request a full refund up to one
week before the program begins. Deadline for a refund is April 16.

After that time, registrations become non-refundable in order to honor the limited group size and the preparation that goes into each session.

About your Coach

A few years ago, I found myself in a season where I was doing all the things. I was a new mom, working full-time, showing up where I needed to—but internally, my inner world felt like a whirlwind.

I was STUCK. I didn’t have language for what I was feeling, but my body did. The tension, fatigue, heaviness, all while I kept pushing through.

It wasn’t until I slowed down and started listening; to my body, my emotions, and my faith, that things began to shift.

As a certified Functional Medicine health coach and Revelation Wellness instructor, I create spaces where women can slow down, process what’s real, and begin to move forward with more clarity and connection.

My approach is simple and honest, supporting the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.

For me this work is personal. And it’s a privilege to walk alongside women as they reconnect with themselves to become healed and whole.
